The new Riverside Plaza site has pushed it's opening back to July 28.
Ramunto's Brick Oven Pizza will now make its return to Keene later than originally planned, according to the Director of Operations, Vito Adragna. The new establishment at Riverside Plaza, which shares a building with Aspen Dental, is anticipated to open on July 28, rather than next month as initially scheduled.
The franchise, which operates multiple locations in New Hampshire, Vermont, and Massachusetts, saw the closure of its previous Main Street site in January 2023. Adragna noted that the renovation process faced setbacks due to difficulties in securing contractors. As a result, he and a few staff members from the Brattleboro Ramunto's have taken on the majority of the work themselves.
