Two individuals were apprehended in connection with gunfire that occurred in Burlington, Vermont. The incident took place on a Monday night around 9:30 p.m., prompting law enforcement to respond to reports of shots fired near the intersection of North Winooski Avenue and Grant Street.

Upon arrival, officers discovered multiple shell casings and firearms at the location. They detained Nathan Washington, 46, hailing from Philadelphia, on charges related to reckless endangerment and possession of firearms. Additionally, Shelly Sanders, 42, a local resident, was arrested due to an outstanding warrant.
