Son of Cher arrested for the second time in 3 days

Elijah Blue Allman, the son of famous singer Cher and musician Greg Allman, has been arrested for the second time in three days in New Hampshire. Allman was taken into custody on Sunday in Windham after allegedly breaking into a private residence on Ministerial Road. A woman residing in the home reported the incident to authorities while taking refuge in a closet. When law enforcement arrived, they discovered a damaged glass pane in the back door and found Allman relaxing on the couch, smoking a cigarette. He reportedly claimed to have permission from the homeowner to be in the residence.

This arrest follows an earlier incident on Friday evening at St. Paul’s School in Concord, where Allman was apprehended around 6 p.m. for allegedly causing a disturbance in the school’s dining hall. Officials clarified that he had no affiliation with the institution. The charges stemming from the Friday incident included two counts of simple assault, criminal trespassing, criminal threatening, and disorderly conduct. After processing, he was released on personal recognizance bail, with an arraignment scheduled for April 20 at the Concord District Court.

Reports indicate that Allman faces multiple charges related to both arrests, including burglary and criminal mischief, as well as a violation of his bail conditions from the first arrest. There appears to be no known connection between Allman and New Hampshire, with records showing his residence as a $16 million home in Malibu, California.
