A resident of Hooksett, New Hampshire, faces multiple felony charges following allegations of making bomb threats directed at Governor Kelly Ayotte. Tristan Anderson was taken into custody in September during an investigation into these threats, although specifics regarding the incidents have not been disclosed.

Recently, a grand jury in Merrimack County formally charged Anderson with three offenses, including making threats against government officials, attempted harm toward government officials, and attempted placing or throwing explosives.

Since his arrest, Anderson has been held in jail and is scheduled for his initial court session on January 8. Should he be found guilty, he could potentially receive a prison sentence of up to 15 years.
