A 24-year-old man has been charged with an upgraded offense connected to a shooting incident that occurred in September at Sky Meadow Country Club in Nashua. Hunter Nadeau now faces a first-degree murder charge along with several additional charges that include second-degree murder, two counts of attempted murder, and two counts of first-degree assault.

The announcement of the new indictments took place on Thursday, and Nadeau’s arraignment is scheduled for a later date. During the incident at the club’s PRIME restaurant, one individual lost their life while two others sustained injuries. Robert DeCesare succumbed to his injuries from multiple gunshot wounds inflicted during the attack.
