A 29-year-old resident of Bristol, New Hampshire, will serve a prison term ranging between five and ten years following his involvement in a stabbing incident that occurred last August in Lebanon.

Dahlton Fairbank faced sentencing for first-degree assault and for illegally possessing a weapon due to his previous felony status. The incident led to Jefrey Morgan sustaining a serious neck injury at Colburn Park, which placed him in critical condition after the attack.

Although the specific reason behind the assault is not fully understood, family members of Fairbank have indicated that he has been dealing with mental health issues.
